오케스트로클라우드는 지난해 8월 설립된 오케스트로의 자회사로, 서버 가상화 소프트웨어(SW) 개발 및 데이터센터 운영 전문 기업이다.
이번 협약에 따라 조성될 데이터센터는 40㎿의 수전설비용량을 갖추고, 7000억 원의 사업비를 투입하여 어진동 세종파이낸스센터Ⅱ 건물에 연면적 3만㎡ 규모로 지하 3층, 지상 4층으로 건립될 예정이다.
