조 대변인은 이날 논평을 통해 민주당이 주도한 탄핵 소추 절차에서 사용된 세금 4억 6천만 원에 대한 의혹을 제기하며, 선임된 변호사들 중 상당수가 특정 성향을 보이거나 여러 사건에 중복 참여한 사실을 언급, 이를 두고 '세금 나눠 먹기' 의혹이 커지고 있다고 말했다.
