브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 3일 오전 키움증권 홈트레이딩서비스(HTS)와 모바일트레이딩서비스(MTS)를 통한 매수·매도 체결이 지연되는 오류가 발생했다.
키움증권은 이날 공지사항을 통해 "현재 장내채권을 포함해 주문 처리가 원활하지 않다"고 밝혔다.
오류 원인에 대해서도 아직 파악되지 않았다.
키움증권 관계자는 "현재 매매 체결 지연 등 오류 현상이 있는 것은 맞다"며 "원인 및 재개 시점은 홈페이지에 공지할 예정"이라고 말했다.
투자자 피해 보상과 관련해선 "전산상에 문제로 투자자 피해가 발생했을 때는 공식 절차에 따라 접수하면 된다"고 설명했다.

On the morning of the 3rd, an error occurred that delayed the purchase and sale transactions through Kiwoom Securities' Home Trading Service (HTS) and Mobile Trading Service (MTS).
Kiwoom Securities announced in a notice that day, "Currently, order processing, including on-exchange bonds, is not smooth."
The cause of the error has not yet been identified.
A Kiwoom Securities official said, "It is true that there are currently errors such as delayed trading transactions," and "The cause and the time of resumption will be announced on the website."
Regarding compensation for investor damage, they explained, "If investor damage occurs due to a computer problem, you can file a complaint according to the official procedure."
