브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 키움증권은 3일 오전 홈트레이딩서비스(HTS)와 모바일트레이딩서비스(MTS)의 거래 지연이 오류 발생 1시간만에 정상화됐다고 밝혔다.
이날 키움증권 HTS·MTS는 이날 오전 개장 직후 매수·매도 체결이 안되거나 지연된 바 있다.
이에 키움증권은 이날 오전 10시 5분경 공지사항을 통해 "현재 주문 불안정 현상은 정상화됐다. 오픈 API 포함 전체 조치 완료됐다"고 밝혔다.
다만 정확한 오류 발생 시간과 원인은 여전히 파악 중이다. 오류가 한곳이 아닌 여러 곳에서 발생했고, 순차적으로 발생해 좀 더 분석이 필요하다는 입장이다.
키움증권 관계자는 보상과 관련해선 "과거에도 이런 전산 오류가 발생했을 때 보상 절차를 진행했다"며 "이번에도 전산상 문제로 피해가 발생했다면 접수하면 된다. 공식 절차대로 보상할 예정"이라고 설명했다.

Kiwoom Securities announced on the morning of the 3rd that the trading delay of the Home Trading Service (HTS) and Mobile Trading Service (MTS) was normalized after 1 hour of the error.
