충남 서산시가 안전한 축산물 유통을 위해 충청남도 시군 중 최초로 축산물판매업 위생개선 지원사업을 실시한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이 사업은 지역 내 정육점을 포함한 축산물 판매장을 대상으로, 위생 관리 전문업체를 통한 위생 관리 서비스와 자가품질검사비 지원을 통해 이루어진다.
이번 지원사업은 축산물의 품질과 안전성을 높이고, 소비자 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 기획되었다. 자가품질검사비는 자가품질검사를 의무적으로 수행해야 하는 사업장에 한해 지원되며, 이를 통해 판매장 스스로 위생 관리를 강화할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 예정이다.
