브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 헌법재판소는 10일 박성재 법무부 장관에 대한 국회의 탄핵심판 청구를 전원일치 의견으로 기각했다. 박 장관은 국회에서 탄핵소추안이 가결된 이후 119일 만에 다시 직무에 복귀하게 됐다.
헌재는 이날 오후 2시 대심판정에서 박 장관 탄핵심판 선고기일을 열고 재판관 8명 전원일치 의견으로 기각 결정했다.
국회는 더불어민주당 주도로 박성재 장관이 지난해 12월 3일 국무회의에 참석해 윤석열 전 대통령의 계엄 선포를 적극 막지 않았으며 계엄 해제 직후 '삼청동 안가 모임'에 참석하는 등 내란에 동조했다는 이유로 같은 달 12일 탄핵한 바 있다.
헌재는 그러나 박 장관이 비상계엄에 동의했거나 관여했다고 인정할만한 증거가 없다면서 기각했다.

Constitutional Court Unanimously Dismisses Minister of Justice Park Sung-jae’s Impeachment
On the 10th, the Constitutional Court unanimously dismissed the National Assembly’s request for impeachment against Minister of Justice Park Sung-jae. Minister Park returned to work 119 days after the National Assembly passed the impeachment bill.
At 2:00 PM on that day, the Constitutional Court held the impeachment trial of Minister Park in the Supreme Court and decided to dismiss the case with a unanimous opinion from all eight justices.
