[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 11일 거창문화원 상살미홀에서 민간분야 기타업 관리감독자 150명을 대상으로 중대재해예방과 산업안전을 위한 무료 법정의무 교육을 실시했다.

관리감독자는 중대재해처벌법 및 산업안전보건법에 따라 연간 오후 4시간의 법정교육을 이수해야 한다.

이번 교육은 지난 2월 건설업과 3월 제조업 관리감독자 교육에 이어 마련된 마지막 교육이다.

교육은 안전보건 전문기관을 통해 진행됐으며 △관리감독자의 직무와 역할 △중대재해처벌법 주요 내용 △관리자가 알아야 할 안전문화와 리더십 △위험성평가 △뇌심혈관 질환 예방관리 △고객응대 근로자 보호조치 △산업재해 응급처치 등의 내용으로 구성됐다.

구인모 군수는 “이번 교육은 현장의 목소리에 귀기울여, 군에서 추진한 신규사업으로 지역 산업재해 예방에 실질적인 도움이 되기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 군민의 안전한 일터가 보장되는 거창군을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 거창군은 민간 사업체를 대상으로 중대재해 예방 컨설팅을 진행하는 등 중소 사업체가 안전보건관리체계를 자력으로 구축할 수 있도록 적극 지원하고 있으며 앞으로도 지속적인 교육과 지원을 통해 안전한 근로환경 조성에 박차를 가할 예정이다.
