충남 부여군이 주민이 직접 정책 수립에 참여하는 '국민디자인단' 운영에 나섰다. 이번 디자인단은 오는 6월까지 활동하며, 주민들의 실생활 불편을 해결하기 위한 정책 개선 작업에 참여한다.
국민디자인단은 정책의 수요자인 주민을 비롯해 분야별 전문가, 서비스 디자이너, 공무원 등 총 9명으로 구성됐다. 이들은 현장의 목소리를 반영한 실효성 있는 정책 설계를 목표로 활동하게 된다.
이번 디자인단의 핵심 과제는 ‘농업 보조금 지원사업에 대한 통합 안내 서비스 제공’이다. 부여군은 부서별로 산재해 있는 농업 보조금 정보를 하나로 묶고, 온라인과 오프라인 모두에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 안내체계를 구축할 계획이다. 이를 통해 농업인들이 보다 편리하게 정보를 찾아 활용할 수 있도록 할 방침이다.
또한 디자인단은 관련 정책의 실제 이용자들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 현장 조사를 실시하고, 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 구체적인 아이디어를 발전시켜 정책에 반영할 예정이다.
박정현 부여군수는 “주민이 직접 정책 과정에 참여하면 현장의 생생한 목소리를 담을 수 있다”며, “앞으로도 주민들이 실질적인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 국민디자인단을 지속적으로 운영해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
부여군은 이번 사업을 통해 주민의 정책 참여 기회를 확대하고, 일상생활에서 체감할 수 있는 행정 서비스를 구현하는 데 주력할 계획이다.
