태안군이 어린이와 노인 등 관내 안전취약계층을 위한 ‘찾아가는 맞춤형 안전교육’을 실시하며 큰 호응을 얻고 있다.
군은 3월부터 6월까지 총 25회에 걸쳐 관내 학교, 아동돌봄센터, 경로당 등을 방문하여 ‘2025년 상반기 찾아가는 안전취약계층 맞춤형 교육’을 진행한다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 긴급상황에 대한 대처능력을 높이고 일상에서의 안전의식을 제고하기 위한 것으로, 지역사회 전반에 안전문화를 확산시키기 위해 추진된다.
특히 올해는 기존 대상자인 어린이, 청소년, 노인에 더해 장애인, 영·유아 부모, 노인돌봄서비스 종사자까지 교육 대상을 확대하여 범군민적 안전교육의 발판을 마련하고 있다.
군은 분야별 민간 전문 강사를 초청해 심폐소생술, 자동심장충격기 사용법, 소화기 사용법 등을 교육하며, 노인을 대상으로는 골절사고 예방법과 보이스피싱 예방법 등을 알린다. 또한 어린이, 청소년 및 부모를 위한 범죄안전과 보건안전 분야 교육도 진행한다.
이번 교육은 ‘안전문화운동’ 및 ‘2025년 집중안전점검’과 연계하여 정책의 효과성을 높이고, 종합적인 안전관리 시스템 구축에 총력을 기울일 계획이다.
