[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 18일 김해학생체육관과 연지공원 일원에서 ‘제45회 장애인의 날’을 맞아 기념행사를 개최하고 축하했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 김해시장애인단체연합회 주관으로 장애인과 가족, 시민 등 900여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
‘행복을 바라봄, 일상을 담아봄, 희망을 이어봄’이라는 슬로건 아래 열린 이번 행사는 장애인과 비장애인이 함께하는 참여형 축제로, 장애 인식 개선과 상호 이해, 화합의 장으로서 의미를 더했다.
식전행사에서는 시각장애인복지연합회 아코디언 밴드 ‘내친구’, 김해시장애인부모회 ‘새솔앙상블’,발달장애인 밴드 ‘G.CAP’, 의 난타 공연 등 장애 예술인의 무대가 펼쳐져 큰 박수를 받았다.
양한교 김해시장애인단체연합회장은 대회사를 통해 “이번 행사가 장애인과 가족에게 희망과 위로가 되길 바란다”고 말했으며, 홍태용 김해시장은 “장애인의 목소리에 귀 기울이며 함께 행복한 김해를 만들어가겠다”고 강조했다.
