한국남동발전, 중소벤처기업부 주관 “최우수 등급” 선정

[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 한국남동발전은 21일 중소벤처기업부 주관 ’2024년도 공공기관 동반성장 실적평가‘에서 ’최우수 등급‘ 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

공공기관 동반성장 실적평가는 ’상생협력법 제19조‘에 의거 동반성장 문화확산을 위한 공공기관의 선도적인 역할과 노력을 유도하기 위해 시행하고 있으며, 한국남동발전은 지난 2021년 실적평가부터 올해 선정된 2024년 실적평가까지 4년 연속(총 11회) 최우수기관으로 선정됐다.

한국남동발전은 동반성장 3대 전략 전략방향 수립을 통해 ▲‘수출중심’ 글로벌기업 육성 ▲‘탄소중립’ 기술경쟁력 강화 ▲‘동반성장’ 파트너사 육성을 추진하며, 협력중소기업과의 동반성장에 앞장서고 있다.

구체적으로 글로벌기업 육성을 위해 지난 2012년 공기업 최초로 중소기업제품의 수출지원을 목적으로 설립한 출자회사인 G-TOPS와 협업해 중소기업의 수출역량 강화를 적극 지원해왔다.  

또한, 연구개발 초기 아이디어부터 판로지원까지 지원하는 기술혁신 CARE 플랫폼, 탄소중립 대응 역량 강화 및 창업·기업성장 지원 프로그램 등을 추진하며, 이번 동반성장 실적평가에서 타 기관과 차별화된 프로그램의 우수성을 인정받았다. 

강기윤 한국남동발전 사장은 “대외환경 및 중소기업의 니즈를 반영한 다양한 맞춤형 지원 프로그램을 신규 발굴·운영하고, 기업성장을 가로막는 각종 규제나 애로사항을 해소하기 위해 적극 노력하는 등 대·중소기업 동반성장을 위한 공기업으로서의 선도적 역할을 계속해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Korea South-East Power announced on the 21st that it was selected as a “Best Grade” institution in the “2024 Public Institution Mutual Growth Performance Evaluation” hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The Public Institution Mutual Growth Performance Evaluation is conducted in accordance with Article 19 of the “Mutual Growth Cooperation Act” to induce leading roles and efforts of public institutions to spread the culture of mutual growth, and Korea South-East Power has been selected as the best institution for 4 consecutive years (11 times in total) from the 2021 performance evaluation to the 2024 performance evaluation selected this year.

Korea South-East Power is leading the way in mutual growth with partner SMEs by establishing three strategic directions for mutual growth: ▲ fostering ‘export-centered’ global companies ▲ strengthening ‘carbon neutral’ technological competitiveness ▲ fostering ‘mutual growth’ partner companies.
