금산군의회 박병훈 의원이 22일 열린 제328회 금산군의회 임시회 제1차 본회의에서 5분 발언을 통해 금산군 공공건축물 정책에 대한 대대적인 전환을 요구하고 나섰다. 박 의원은 단순한 건립 위주의 정책에서 벗어나, 실질적인 활용과 사후관리 전략 중심으로 방향을 재설정해야 한다고 강조했다.
