신청 대상은 2025년 1월 1일 기준 울진군에 주민등록이 되어 있는 40세 이상(1985년 12월 31일 이전 출생자) 중 홀수년도 출생자이다.
신청이 마무리되면 한수원 지원 종합검진 미수검자, 고령자, 취약계층 등 우선순위에 따라 대상자를 선정, 검진 병원 및 대상자에게 5월 중 통보할 예정이다.
검진은 울진군의료원, 강릉아산병원, 포항성모병원에서 진행되며, 총 17종 35여 개 항목이 포함된다. 또한 국가암검진과 병행 실시돼 실효성이 더욱 높아질 전망이다.
검진을 희망하는 군민은 주소지 읍면 사무소에 직접 신청하면 된다.
