충남 서산시가 백년대계를 책임질 신청사 건립 사업의 설계 공모를 4월 30일부터 본격적으로 시작한다.
신청사는 읍내동 517번지 일원에 건립될 예정이며, 연면적 38,443㎡ 규모로 시청사, 의회 청사, 주민 편의시설 등을 갖춘다. 건물의 층수는 주변 자연환경 및 스카이라인과의 조화를 고려하여 설계될 것이며, 접근성 향상을 위한 교통 대책도 마련될 계획이다.
