【브레이크뉴스 영천】이성현 기자=영천시가 고유가·고물가로 어려움을 겪는 시민들의 생활 안정을 위해 오는 27일부터 ‘고유가 피해지원금’ 1차 지급을 시작한다.

이번 1차 지급은 4월 27일부터 5월 8일까지 진행되며, 기초생활수급자에게는 1인당 60만원, 차상위계층과 한부모가족에게는 1인당 50만원이 우선 지원된다.
2차 지급은 5월 18일부터 7월 3일까지 실시되며, 소득 하위 70% 대상 시민에게 1인당 20만원이 지급될 예정이다.
신청은 온라인과 오프라인을 병행해 접수한다. 신용·체크카드 지급을 희망하는 시민은 카드사 누리집과 모바일 앱, 콜센터 ARS를 통해 신청하거나 카드와 연계된 은행 영업점을 방문하면 된다. 카드형 영천사랑상품권은 ‘지역상품권 chak앱’을 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 선불카드는 읍·면·동 행정복지센터 방문 시 신청과 동시에 받을 수 있다.
원활한 신청을 위해 첫 주에는 출생연도 끝자리 기준 요일제가 적용된다. 27일에는 끝자리 1·6, 28일에는 2·7, 29일에는 3·8 해당자가 신청 가능하다. 또 5월 1일 공휴일을 감안해 30일에는 끝자리 4·5·9·0 시민이 신청할 수 있다.
