거창군 위천면은 12일 위천면 어울림마당 공유주방에서 위천면 자원봉사협의회(회장 박명자)와 함께 거창형 지역사회 통합돌봄사업의 일환으로 ‘정담은 찬(饌) 반찬 나눔’ 사업을 추진했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 위천면 자원봉사협의회 위원 20여 명이 자원봉사자로 참여해 이른 아침부터 싱싱한 재료를 구입·손질하고, 육개장, 장조림, 미역줄기볶음, 계란말이 등 반찬을 정성껏 조리했다.
또한, 봉사자들은 준비한 반찬을 돌봄 대상자 30세대에 직접 전달하며, 건강 상태와 안부도 함께 확인해 세심한 돌봄을 실천했다.
한편, 위천면 자원봉사협의회는 반찬나눔 봉사활동뿐만 아니라 이·미용 봉사, 전통시장 장보기 동참, 장애인의 날 배식 봉사 등을 추진함으로써 지역사회 복지 증진에 앞장서고 있다.

이번 교육은 응급상황 발생 시 현장에서 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련된 것으로, △목격자 심폐소생술의 중요성 △성인 기본 소생술 △소아 및 영아 기본 소생술 △자동심장충격기(AED) 실습 △이물질에 의한 기도폐쇄 환자의 응급처치 등의 내용으로 진행됐다.
