도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령이 12일(현지시간) 중국과의 고위급 협상에서 상대국에 부과한 대부분 관세를 90일간 유예하기로 합의한 것에 대해 "중국과 완전한 관계 재설정을 이뤘고 아마도 가장 중요 성과"라며 "가장 큰 건 중국이 시장을 개방하기로 한 것"이라고 밝혔다.
