【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터(센터장 하성)가 지난 13일 교내 백주년기념관 대강당에서 국민체육진흥공단 스포츠산업일자리센터와 공동으로 주관한 ‘2025 찾아가는 스포츠취업교육’을 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 스포츠 산업에 대한 학생들의 관심을 높이고, 구체적인 진로 탐색 및 설계를 지원하기 위해 마련되었다. 특히, 스포츠 분야 진출을 희망하는 학생들에게 실질적인 취업 정보를 제공하고, 맞춤형 상담을 통해 취업 방향 설정을 돕는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
취업 토크쇼에서는 국민체육진흥공단 스포츠가치센터, 한국도핑방지위원회 기획조정부, 대한체육회 등 스포츠 산업 현장에서 활약하는 3명의 전문가가 연사로 나서 업계 동향과 다양한 직무를 소개하고, 취업에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 노하우를 공유하며 학생들과 적극적으로 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.
이와 동시에 진행된 취업 상담 세션에서는 스포츠 분야 전문 상담사들이 참여 학생들을 대상으로 1:1 맞춤형 진로 상담을 제공하고, 이력서 및 자기소개서 컨설팅을 진행하여 학생들의 실질적인 취업 역량 강화에 기여했다.
이번 프로그램에 참여한 최명근 학생(스포츠과학과 4학년)은 “스포츠 행정 업무 현직자들의 생생한 조언과 현실적인 이야기를 들으면서 취업에 대한 시야를 넓힐 수 있었다”며, “앞으로 어떤 준비를 해야 할지 구체적인 계획을 세우는 데 큰 도움이 되었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
동국대 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터 하성 센터장은 “이번 스포츠취업교육 프로그램은 학생들이 스포츠 산업 현장의 생생한 목소리를 직접 듣고, 실질적인 진로 설계와 취업 준비에 실질적인 도움을 받을 수 있는 의미 있는 행사였다”며, “앞으로도 다양한 기관 및 대학과의 적극적인 협력을 통해 학생들의 직무 이해도를 높이고 취업 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 유익한 고용 정보 제공 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나가겠다”고 강조했다.

Dongguk University WISE Campus University Employment Plus Center (Director Ha Seong) announced that it successfully held the ‘2025 Sports Employment Education on the Go’ jointly hosted with the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation Sports Industry Employment Center in the main auditorium of the Centennial Memorial Hall on the 13th.
This program was designed to increase students’ interest in the sports industry and support specific career exploration and design. Choi Myeong-geun (4th year, Department of Sports Science), who participated in this program, said, “I was able to broaden my perspective on employment by listening to the vivid advice and realistic stories of those currently working in sports administration,” and “It was a great help in making specific plans for what to prepare for in the future.”
Ha Seong, the director of the Dongguk University WISE Campus University Job Plus Center, emphasized, “This sports employment education program was a meaningful event where students could directly hear the vivid voices of the sports industry and receive practical help in designing practical career paths and preparing for employment,” and “We will continue to operate a useful employment information program that can increase students’ job understanding and strengthen their employment competitiveness through active cooperation with various organizations and universities.”
