KB국민은행은 지난달 29일 행정안전부와 ‘무더위쉼터 이용 활성화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다. ‘무더위쉼터’를 이용하고 싶은 고객은 KB국민은행 거래 여부와 관계없이 KB국민은행 영업점을 방문하면 된다. 냉방시설이 갖춰진 영업점 상담실 또는 고객 대기 장소에서 더위를 식힐 수 있다.
‘무더위쉼터’는 오는 9월 30일까지 전국 745개 KB국민은행 영업점에서 운영된다. 운영시간은 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지로 은행 영업시간과 동일하게 이용할 수 있다. 전국 82개 ‘여섯시은행(9To6 Bank)’에서는 오후 6시까지 ‘무더위쉼터’를 운영한다.
