[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 경남교육청은 15일 진로교육원에서 '미래학교 공간 재구조화 사업 사전 기획 통합 연수'를 실시했다.
40년 이상 된 노후 학교를 미래형 공간으로 바꾸는 이 사업의 '사전 기획' 과정은 학생, 교직원, 학부모 등 교육공동체가 참여해 학교별 특색을 담은 설계 밑그림을 그리는 핵심 단계다.
이번 연수에는 올해 사전 기획 대상 학교 교원, 교육기획 컨설턴트, 사전기획가, 교육지원청 관계자 등 총 70명이 참석했다. 참석자들은 사업 전반에 대한 이해를 높이고 학교별 협의 및 소통 시간을 가졌다. 이는 사전 기획의 내실을 다지고 참여 주체들의 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련되었다.
올해 경남교육청은 창원 경화초, 무학초, 진주 도동초, 밀양 밀성초, 창원 마산여중, 진해고, 함양고 등 7개 학교를 사전 기획 대상교로 선정하고 관련 준비를 진행해왔다. 이번 통합 연수를 시작으로 약 6개월간 교육공동체가 직접 참여하는 사용자 참여형 사전 기획 과정을 이어갈 예정이다.
