이번 행사는 결혼을 희망하는 1980년부터 1995년 사이 출생한 미혼남녀 30명을 대상으로 진행되며, 자연 속 힐링과 소통의 시간을 통해 새로운 인연을 만들 수 있도록 기획됐다.
참가자들은 ▲숲 힐링데이트 ▲팀 빌딩 게임 ▲커플 미션 수행 ▲캠프파이어 등 다채로운 프로그램을 함께 체험하며 자연스럽게 교류할 예정이다. 특히 청정 자연환경을 자랑하는 구수곡 자연휴양림에서 진행되는 행사인 만큼, 일상에서 벗어나 진솔한 만남이 이뤄질 수 있는 특별한 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.
참가비는 전액 무료이며, 신청은 오는 6월 20일까지 가능하다. 신청자 중 선발된 인원에 한해 행사에 참여할 수 있다.
손병복 울진군수는 “결혼 적령기 청년들에게 건강하고 의미 있는 만남의 장을 제공하기 위해 이번 행사를 준비했다”며, “이번 만남이 청년층의 결혼과 정착으로 이어져 지역 인구 활력 회복에 기여하길 바란다”고 말했다.
