브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 함인경 국민의힘 중앙선대위 대변인은 28일 "‘민주당 총통 세력’은 이낙연 전 총리에 대한 저급한 비난을 즉각 중단하기 바란다"고 밝혔다.
함 대변인은 이날 논평을 통해 "이낙연 전 총리가 어제 개헌, 공동정부 창출, 그리고 ‘괴물 독재 국가 저지’를 명분으로 김문수 후보 지지를 선언하자, 민주당 측은 ‘사쿠라’와 ‘협잡’ 운운하며 거센 비난을 퍼부었다"며 이같이 말했다.
그는 "차마 입에 담기 어려운 말을 늘어놓는 민주당 측의 이러한 행태는 ‘이재명 후보에 대한 끝없는 아부’인지 묻지 않을 수 없다"면서 "5선 국회의원과 도지사, 당 대표, 국무총리를 지낸 이낙연 전 총리가 김문수 후보를 지지한 것은 나라와 국민을 위한 충정의 발로"라고 강조했다.
이어 "오죽했으면 민주당 대표까지 역임한 이낙연 전 총리가 ‘괴물 독재 국가의 출현을 막겠다’고까지 밝혔겠느냐"라며 "국민은 ‘괴물 독재 국가의 출현’을 두려워하고 있다. 수천억 원 이상의 배임죄 등 ‘무기징역급 비리’에 연루된 혐의, 북한에 800만 달러를 불법 송금하는 과정에 연루된 혐의, 1억 원 상당의 경기도 법인카드를 불법 유용한 혐의 등 8개 사건, 12개 혐의로 5개 재판을 받고 있는 후보가 대통령이 되겠다는 세상을 막아야 하지 않겠냐"고 했다.
그러면서 "국민의힘은 새미래민주당과 함께 ‘괴물 독재 국가 출현’을 반드시 저지하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
