이 사업은 지역 청년들에게 행정 현장 체험의 기회를 제공하기 위해 운영되며 올해 하반기인 오는 7월 7일부터 27일까지 총 3주간 진행된다.
이번 체험은 기존의 ‘대학생 아르바이트 사업’을 확대 개편한 것으로 대학생뿐 아니라 만 19세부터 만 39세 이하의 양주 거주 미취업 청년 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
또한, 대학(원) 재학생의 경우 본인 주소가 타지라도 직계가족이 관내 주민등록을 둔 경우라면 신청할 수 있으나 다만 최근 2년 내 동일 사업에 참여한 이력이 있는 청년은 신청 대상에서 제외된다.
아울러, 모집인원 중 4명은 국민기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 장애인(본인) 등 취약계층을 우선 선발할 예정이다.
