이번 착수보고회에서는 서경대학교 산학협력단이 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰 등을 통한 연구수행 방안 및 추진계획을 보고했으며, 연구단체 소속 의원과 연구진들이 이에 대해 향후 과업 수행의 방향성을 설정하기 위한 심도 있는 논의를 진행했다.
