이번 사업은 임대차 계약 종료 후 보증금을 돌려받지 못하는 사례가 증가하는 가운데, 보증 가입에 따른 비용 부담을 줄여 저소득 무주택 임차인의 피해를 예방하고자 마련됐다.
지원 대상은 신청일 기준 보증 효력이 유효한 주택도시보증공사(HUG), 한국주택금융공사(HF), 서울보증보험(SIG)의 전세보증금반환보증에 가입한 임차인으로, 임대보증금 3억 원 이하인 무주택자에 한한다.
소득 기준은 ▲청년(만 19세~39세 이하)은 연 5천만 원 이하, ▲청년 외 일반인은 6천만 원 이하, ▲신혼부부(혼인신고일로부터 7년 이내)는 7천5백만 원 이하로 설정되어 있다.
신청은 온라인 포털 ‘청년e끌림(gbyouth.co.kr)’을 통해 접수하거나 울진군청 인구정책과를 직접 방문해 신청할 수 있다. 대상자로 선정되면 실제 납부한 보증료 중 최대 40만 원까지 지원받을 수 있다.
울진군은 이번 지원사업 외에도 일자리, 창업, 주거 등 다양한 정책을 통해 청년 인구 유입과 정착을 적극 지원할 방침이다.
손병복 울진군수는 “전세보증금 반환보증료 지원사업을 통해 군민이 전세사기 위험으로부터 보호받고 보다 안정적인 주거생활을 이어가길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 군민을 위한 실효성 있는 주거 정책을 꾸준히 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Applications can be submitted through the online portal ‘Youth e-Attraction (gbyouth.co.kr)’ or by visiting the Uljin County Office Population Policy Division in person. If selected as a target, you can receive support of up to 400,000 won of the actual deposit paid.
In addition to this support project, Uljin County plans to actively support the influx and settlement of the youth population through various policies such as jobs, startups, and housing.
