(남양주=브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=조성대 남양주시의회 의장은 지난 4일 화도읍 금남리 북한강변에서 진행된‘환경의 날’기념 민․관․군 합동 북한강 정화활동 행사에 참석했다.
(사)한강지키기운동 남양주지역본부에서 주최·주관한 이날 행사는 민․관․군 합동으로 수중 및 수변 정화 활동과 수질보호 캠페인 전개를 통한 북한강 수질 개선을 목표로 매년 열리고 있다.
이날 행사에는 조성대 남양주시의회 의장, 주광덕 남양주시장, 한강지키기운동 남양주본부 및 화도읍 지역자치단체 회원들과 도하단 장병 등 500여명이 참여했으며, 행사는 △내빈소개 △인사말씀 및 축사 △기념사진 촬영 △정화활동 및 내빈 관공선 순찰 순으로 진행됐다.
