브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 대명소노그룹은 지난 10일 공정거래위원회로부터 티웨이항공과의 기업결합 승인으로 티웨이항공에 대한 경영권 확보를 가시화 했다고 11일 밝혔다.
대명소노그룹은 티웨이항공의 항공 안전성 강화와 재무 건전성 제고 등의 체질을 개선하고, 기존 호텔·리조트 산업과 항공 산업의 강점을 유기적으로 결합해 시너지 효과를 극대화한다는 방침이다.
또한, 대명소노그룹은 오는 24일 열리는 티웨이항공 임시주주총회에서 항공, 경영, 재무, 고객 경험 등 각 분야의 전문성을 갖춘 9인의 신규 이사회의 후보자를 선임하고, 티웨이항공의 경영 방향성을 구체화하는 한편, 이를 실행에 옮기기 위한 기반 마련에 본격적으로 착수할 계획이다.
대명소노그룹은 추후 새로운 대표이사를 선임하며, 국토교통부의 대주주 적격성 심사 및 항공운송사업 면허 변경 승인 등 주요 인허가 절차를 순차적으로 이행하고, 티웨이항공에 대한 실질적 경영에 나서게 된다.
