세종시의회 교육안전위원회(위원장 윤지성)가 12일 제98회 정례회 제3차 회의를 열고 조례안과 보고안 등 총 11건의 안건을 심사한 가운데, 교육 현장의 실효성과 행정 효율성을 높이기 위한 다수의 조례안이 원안대로 통과됐다.
이날 회의에서 교육안전위원회는 '세종특별자치시교육청 학생 도박 예방 교육 조례 전부개정조례안'을 비롯한 9건의 조례안을 원안 가결하고, 2025~2029년 지방공무원 중기기본인력 운영계획에 대한 세종시교육청의 보고도 청취했다.
특히 위원장 윤지성 의원은 '진로교육 진흥 조례 일부개정조례안'을 통해 관내 공공기관의 학생 진로교육 참여를 독려함으로써, 세종시만의 특색 있는 진로교육 체계를 확립하겠다는 의지를 보였다. 또한 '지방공무원 임용시험 수당 지급 조례안' 제정을 통해 기존 지침 중심의 수당 지급 방식을 법적 근거로 명확히 해 행정 안정성을 강화했다.
