김관영 전북도지사가 미래 전략산업과 직결된 글로벌 협력 기반을 확대하기 위해 미국 출장길에 오른 가운데 16일(현지 시각) 세계 금융 중심지 뉴욕 맨해튼에서 투자설명회를 열고 글로벌 투자유치 활동에 포문을 열었다.
