특히, 고용노동부는 ｢외국 근로자 숙소 지침 및 관리 기준｣에 쉼터 활용을 포함하고 법무부는 ｢해외입국 외국인 계절근로자제도 운영 지침｣을 개정해 쉼터를 합법적인 거주지로 인정하는 제도 개선에 적극적으로 나서야 한다.

최수연 결산특별위원회 위원장은 지난 5월 26일, 양주시가 의회에 제출한 결산서와 첨부서류 등을 토대로 결산심사한 결과를 보고했다.
