김관영 전북도지사는 23일 도청 종합상황실에서 '2025년 상반기 전북특별법 특례실행 추진상황 보고회'를 주재해 현재까지 특례사업 실행 현황을 점검하고 연계 사업 확대 및 제도 개선 전략을 논의했다.
