한국부동산원(원장 손태락)이 부동산개발 전문인력 역량 강화를 위한 ‘2025년 부동산개발 전문인력 교육’ 제2회차 교육생 모집에 나섰다.
이번 교육은 ‘부동산개발업의 관리 및 육성에 관한 법률’ 개정·시행(2022년 8월 11일)에 따라 마련된 필수 법정 교육 과정이다.
한국부동산원은 국토교통부로부터 ‘부동산개발 전문인력 교육기관’(고시 제2025-317호, 6월 23일)으로 2년간 지정받아 올해 교육을 운영 중이다.
올해 제2회 사전교육은 오는 7월 21일부터 7월 31일까지 9일간 대구 소재 한국부동산원 본사에서 집합교육으로 진행된다.
교육 수료자에게는 ‘부동산개발 전문인력 사전교육’ 수료증이 발급된다. 신청 대상은 ‘부동산개발 전문인력의 교육에 관한 규정’에 따른 해당자이며, 신청에 대한 자세한 사항은 한국부동산연구원 누리집 또는 한국부동산원 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.
한편 제2회 연수교육은 10월 22일부터 10월 24일까지 3일간 집합 및 온라인 병행 교육으로 진행된다. 수료 시 ‘부동산개발 전문인력 연수교육’ 수료증이 발급된다.
연수교육 대상은 사전교육 이수 후 3년 경과한 전문인력 또는 2022년 연수교육 수료 후 3년이 경과 예정인 인력이다.
이는 ‘부동산개발업의 관리 및 육성에 관한 법률’ 제5조 제2항에 따라 전문인력이 계속 종사하기 위해 3년마다 연수교육 이수가 필수이기 때문이다. 교육 신청은 9월 30일까지 이메일로 가능하다.
손태락 원장은 “부동산개발 전문인력 교육기관으로서 양질의 교육과정을 제공해 체계적인 인재 양성과 전문역량 강화에 힘쓰고 있다”면서 “앞으로도 지속적인 부동산 전문분야 연구와 교육 개발을 통해 산업을 선도할 인재 양성에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Real Estate Board Recruiting for 2nd Class of 2025 Trainees
The Korea Real Estate Board (President Son Tae-rak) has started recruiting students for the second round of ‘2025 Real Estate Development Professional Training’ to strengthen the capabilities of real estate development professionals.
This training is a mandatory legal training course established in accordance with the revision and enforcement of the ‘Act on Management and Promotion of Real Estate Development Industry’ (August 11, 2022).
The Korea Real Estate Board has been designated as a ‘Real Estate Development Professional Training Institution’ (Public Notice No. 2025-317, June 23) by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for two years and is currently operating the training this year.
