안양시 만안구 박달2동 111-1번지 일원에 공급되는 호현 센트럴 아이파크는 지하 2층~지상 최고 29층, 7개 동, 아파트 전용면적 55~84㎡ 총 507세대 규모이다. 이 중 아파트 전용 55㎡ 2세대, 59㎡ 140세대, 84㎡ 2세대 총 144세대를 일반분양한다.
