브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 서울 개포우성7차 재건축사업 시공사 선정일이 오는 8월 23일 예정된 가운데, 입찰에 참여한 대우건설이 ‘써밋 프라니티(SUMMIT PRINITY)’ 외관 설계안을 30일 공개했다.
대우건설은 전 세대 남향 조망, 4베이 이상 맞통풍 평면 설계, 스카이브릿지(최장 90m), 8개 주동 2열 배치, 통경축과 바람길 확보 등의 설계를 제안했다.
또 스카이브릿지를 만들어 두 동을 연결시킨 뒤, 스카이 어메니티 공간으로 활용하겠다는 계획이다. 대우건설은 서초·과천 푸르지오써밋 등에서 스카이 어메니티 시공 경험이 있다.

외관은 단지 전 방향에서 동일한 랜드마크 이미지를 유지하도록 설계됐다.
기존 타워형 주동의 채광 문제와 프라이버시 침해를 보완한 ‘3세대 판상형 타워’를 도입해 맞통풍과 4베이 이상 평면을 적용했다.
단지 주출입구에 ‘프라니티 게이트’를 설치하고, 미디어아트 기업 디스트릭트와 협업해 메인 문주를 제작할 계획이다.

개포동 일대의 대지 높이가 낮다는 점을 고려해 집중호우와 침수 예방을 위해 부지 레벨을 높이고, 전 동에 필로티를 적용해 저층 프라이버시 보호 및 지상 공간 공원화도 추진한다는 방침이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “11년만에 새롭게 바뀐 리뉴얼 써밋의 첫 번째 작품이자, 세계적 거장들과의 협업을 통한 걸작을 개포우성7차에 바친다”며 “당사가 제안한 '써밋 프라니티'를 통해 고급스러움과 쾌적성을 모두 갖춘 단지를 선보이며, 하이엔드 주거의 새로운 시대를 열겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daewoo Construction Unveils Design Plan for Gaepo Woosung 7th ‘Summit Pranity’
With the date of selection of the construction company for the Seoul Gaepo Woosung 7th Reconstruction Project scheduled for August 23, Daewoo Construction, which participated in the bidding, unveiled the exterior design plan for ‘Summit Pranity’ on the 30th.
Daewoo Construction proposed a design plan including a south-facing view for all units, a cross-ventilation plan of 4 or more bays, a sky bridge (up to 90m long), 8 main buildings in 2 rows, and securing a ventilation shaft and wind path.
The plan is to build a sky bridge to connect the two buildings and use it as a sky amenity space. Daewoo Construction has experience constructing sky amenities in Seocho and Gwacheon Prugio Summit.
The exterior was designed to maintain the same landmark image in all directions of the complex.
The ‘3rd generation plate-type tower’ was introduced to complement the existing tower-type main building’s lighting problems and privacy violations, and cross-ventilation and a 4-bay or larger floor plan were applied.
A ‘Pranity Gate’ will be installed at the main entrance of the complex, and the main gate will be created in collaboration with media art company District.
Considering the low land height of the Gaepo-dong area, the plan is to raise the site level to prevent heavy rain and flooding, and to apply piloti to all buildings to protect low-rise privacy and transform the ground space into a park.
A Daewoo Construction official said, “This is the first work of the newly renewed Summit in 11 years, and we dedicate this masterpiece created through collaboration with world-class masters to Gaepo Woosung 7cha,” and “Through the ‘Summit Pranity’ proposed by our company, we will present a complex that has both luxury and comfort, and open a new era of high-end housing.”
