브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설이 서울 강동구 천호동 532-2번지 일대 재개발사업의 시공사로 선정됐다.
천호동 532-2번지 일대 재개발사업은 2만4000㎡의 부지에 지하 4층~지상 24층 규모의 아파트 8개 동, 총 582세대와 부대복리시설 등을 건설하는 사업이다. 총 공사금액은 2453억원이다.
대우건설은 '프라우드힐 푸르지오'라는 단지명을 제안했다. 최고의 입지에 대한 자부심을 드러내는 프라우드(PROUD)와 정상의 가치를 뜻하는 힐(HILL)을 조합해 강동 최고의 입지에 정상의 가치를 더한 주거 명작을 짓겠다는 의지를 담았다.
프라우드힐 푸르지오는 70m 높이의 스카이 커뮤니티가 적용될 예정이며 한강 조망도 가능하다.
더불어 세대 내 음식물 쓰레기 이송설비를 구축해 주거환경의 쾌적성과 편리성을 극대화할 예정이다.
입주민들을 위한 다양한 커뮤니티 시설도 제안했다. 피트니스 클럽, 골프 클럽, 스크린 골프, 프리미엄 사우나, 그리너리 카페, 게스트하우스 등의 시설을 비롯해, 풋살장과 다목적 체육관 등 스포츠 멀티플렉스를 조성해 입주민들이 다채로운 스포츠 활동을 즐길 수 있도록 했다.
대우건설 관계자는 “천호동 532-2번지 재개발 사업은 프라우드힐 푸르지오라는 이름에 걸맞게 지역 최고의 랜드마크로 자리매김할 것으로 기대한다”며, “차별화된 설계와 고급화된 주거 편의시설을 통해 강동구의 주거 수준을 한 단계 높이는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 각오를 다졌다.
