브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 KB스타뱅킹 환전서비스를 전면 개편해 고객 편의성을 한층 강화했다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 개편은 고객들의 의견을 적극적으로 반영한 결과다. 환전 신청 페이지 내에 △환율정보 △부가서비스 혜택 △보유 외화금액 등 환전에 필요한 정보를 한 화면에서 직관적으로 확인할 수 있도록 화면 구성(UX/UI 등)을 개선한 것이 특징이다.
KB국민은행은 이번 개편을 기념해 오는 8월 29일까지 KB스타뱅킹 환전서비스 이용 고객을 대상으로 ‘환전의 가치를 높이다! 항공 마일리지 2배! 이벤트’를 진행한다.
이벤트 기간 동안 KB스타뱅킹에서 미화 500불 상당액 이상을 환전하고, 대한항공 마일리지 부가서비스 혜택을 선택한 고객에게는 환전 금액 구간에 따라 마일리지 추가 적립 혜택을 제공한다. 자세한 내용은 KB스타뱅킹 이벤트 페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
