충남 서산시가 최근 집중호우로 인한 피해 조사 및 복구에 총력을 기울이고 있다.
이를 위해 서산시는 신속하고 정확한 현장 조사를 위해 본청과 실무부서 인력을 읍면동에 긴급 투입하며 피해 대응 체계를 강화했다고 밝혔다.
서산시는 7월 21일부터 25일까지 5일간, 집중호우로 피해가 접수된 각 읍면동 행정복지센터에 본청 직원 15명을 배치했다. 이들은 각 지역에서 접수된 피해 내역을 관련 시스템에 신속하게 입력하고, 담당 공무원들과 함께 현장 조사를 지원하게 된다.
공공 시설물 피해에 대한 복구 대응도 본격화됐다. 시는 도시과와 원스톱허가과 소속 직원들을 도로과에 각각 1명씩 지원, 공공 기반시설 정비에 힘을 보태고 있다. 특히 하천 피해는 개별 읍면동이 아닌 본청 건설과 주도로 통합 조사·관리되며, 전체적인 복구계획 수립 역시 건설과가 총괄 수행한다.
