[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시 공무원과 자원봉사자들의 산청군 수해 복구 지원 활동이 이어지고 있다. 25일 김해시는 홍태용 시장과 김해G-1(ONE) 안전기동대 35명, 김해시도시개발공사 20명, 김해자율방재단 15명이 최근 폭우와 산사태로 큰 피해를 입은 산청군을 방문해 수해 복구를 위해 힘을 모았다.
수해 복구 참가자들은 토사로 뒤덮인 마을을 정비하고 침수된 가재도구와 농기구를 들어내 세척하는 등 뜨거운 뙤약볕 아래서 구슬땀을 흘렸다.
김해G-1(ONE) 안전기동대는 신속하고 체계적인 재난 대응을 위해 공무원으로 구성한 전국 첫 재난전담 기동조직이다. 102명이 참여해 지난 5월 14일 출범했으며 하절기 호우, 태풍, 동절기 산불 등 주요 재난 현장에 투입된다.
홍태용 시장은 “피해지역 주민들께 김해시민의 깊은 위로의 마음을 전하며 하루 빨리 일상생활로 돌아올 수 있기를 진심으로 바란다”고 말했다.
이에 앞서 김해시 자원봉사자 50명은 지난 22일 산청군 차황면에서 침수가옥 복구 활동을 했고 24일에는 새마을운동 김해시지회 회원 40여명이 산청읍 병정마을 일원에서 수해 복구를 도왔다.
또 김해시 산림과 직원 8명은 이동방제차 2대를 동원해 오는 29~30일 이틀 동안 지원에 나선다.
