이날 캠페인은 거창군청, 거창경찰서, (사)경남옥외광고협회 거창군지부 등 3개 기관·단체에서 20여 명이 참여해, 합동으로 군청 앞에서 대동리 회전교차로와 거창교 방면의 2개 구역의 상가 밀집을 중심으로 캠페인을 펼쳤다.
