[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] (재)거창문화재단은 지난 7월 25일부터 8월 3일까지 거창 수승대 일원에서 열린 ‘제35회 거창국제연극제’가 많은 사람들의 우려와 걱정 그리고 관심과 사랑 속에 성황리에 마무리됐다고 지난 4일 밝혔다.
폐막일인 3일에는 예고 없이 쏟아진 호우로 관객과 출연진의 안전을 고려해 예정됐던 공식 폐막식을 취소하고, 자리를 옮겨 구인모 군수, 김일수·박주언 경남도의원, 강부자 홍보대사가 참석한 가운데, 경연작품 시상식을 대신해 행사를 안전하게 마무리했다.
단체상 부문에서는 ‘창작집단 거기가면-마스크 연극<십이야>’가 영예의 대상을 수상하였으며, ‘극단 상상창꼬-어느날 아침 깨어나보니 AI가 되어 있었다’가 금상을 수상했다.
