한울원자력본부, 지역주민 대상 ‘용접사 양성 교육’ 입교식 개최

이날 입교식에는 교육생 15명을 비롯해 손병복 울진군수와 원전에너지과·일자리정책과 등 관련 부처 관계자들이 참석해 교육 시작을 축하하고 성공적인 마무리를 기원했다.

이번 교육은 한울본부가 지역 주민에게 실질적인 취업 기회를 제공하고, 건설 현장에 적합한 전문 기술 인력을 양성하기 위해 마련한 프로그램이다. 교육은 8월 4일부터 10월 31일까지 12주간 진행되며, 이론과 실습을 병행하는 맞춤형 커리큘럼으로 구성돼 있다.

이세용 한울본부장은 "교육생들이 성실하게 기술을 익혀 지역 산업에 기여할 수 있는 인재로 성장하길 바란다"며, "교육이 끝난 후 실제 취업으로 이어질 수 있도록 전 과정을 철저히 관리하겠다"고 밝혔다.
