새롭게 문을 여는 중앙매표소는 중구 서소문로 117 대한항공 빌딩 9층에 위치하며, 11일부터 본격적인 운영을 시작했다. 매표소는 총 6개의 카운터를 갖추고 있으며, 아시아나항공 홈페이지와 예약센터 등 직판을 통해 예약 · 구매한 항공권의 발권 및 환불 서비스를 제공한다.
