브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국토지주택공사(LH)는 공공분양 일반공급 당첨자의 ‘청약저축 납입 인정액’ 상·하한선을 최초로 공개한다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 조치는 그간 민간과 공공에서 공개하지 않던 청약저축 당첨선 정보를 최초로 전면 공개함으로써, 공공분양 청약 제도의 공정성과 투명성을 높이고자 시행됐다.
이를 통해 예비 청약자들은 공개된 정보를 바탕으로 본인의 당첨 가능 수준을 파악하고, 자신에게 맞는 청약 전략을 세울 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
LH는 공공분양 단지 중 일반공급에서 경쟁이 발생한 경우, 당첨자 발표 시점에 맞춰 해당 단지의 청약통장 납입 인정액 상·하한선을 공개할 방침이다.
청약 당첨선 공개는 오는 21일 발표 예정인 남양주왕숙 A-1 블록부터 적용된다. 또한, 예비 청약자 관심이 높은 3기신도시 3개 지구(고양창릉, 하남교산, 부천대장)의 상반기 공공분양 일반공급(예비자 포함) 당첨선도 함께 공개된다.
단, 특별공급은 배점 다득점순 및 동점자 추첨 등으로 당첨자를 선정하므로, 청약저축 납입 인정액 정보는 실효성이 낮아 공개 대상에서 제외된다.
단지별 청약 당첨선 정보는 LH 청약플러스 공지 사항을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
