필자는 지난 4월 10일 인터넷 저널인 페이스북에 “국가 권력 교체기...2만여 명 정치인들 대이동 “국운(國運) 상승에 기여하길...” 제하의 글을 게재했다.

그 이후 지난 6월3일 이재명 대통령이 당선되어, 그 후 3개월째 정부의 각 부처나 주요 보직에 새 인물들이 투입됐다.
정확한 통계는 아니지만. 청와대 인사 수석실-대통령 실에 근무했던 인사 전문가들이나 관련자들의 말에 따르면, 2만여 명이 입각(脚閣)하고 2만여 명이 퇴각(退却)한 셈이다.

정치권 주변에 낭인(浪人=일정한 직업이 없이 이리저리 떠돌아다니며 빈둥빈둥 노는 사람)들이 너무 많다. 낭인(浪人)들이 설치고 있다. 정치 낭인 수만 명이 어우어려 “국가의 세금을 어떻게 탕진할까?”하고, 머리를 쓰고 있다. 백장선사(百丈禪師)는 일일부작 일일불식(一日不作 一日不食=하루 일하지 않으면 하루 먹지 말라”고 했다. 성경에도 “일하기 싫으면(않으면) 먹지 말아야한다.(살후 3:10=Don't eat if you don't like work)”고 했다.
