전북대학교병원 노사가 2025년 임금 및 단체협상(임단협)에 최종 합의했다.
상호 신뢰와 존중을 바탕으로 지난해에 이어 2년 연속 무분규 협상 결실을 이룬 최종 합의안은 임금 총액 대비 3.0% 인상ㆍ가족 친화 활동비 인상ㆍ업무지원직 및 하위 직 직급 처우와 근로환경 개선 등이 골자로 담겼다.
20일 전북대학교병원 노ㆍ사는 본관 3층 가온홀에서 양종철 병원장과 윤현조 기획조정실장ㆍ김종우 사무국장ㆍ전국보건의료산업노동조합 이선희 부위원장ㆍ홍수정 전북지역본부장ㆍ김진아 전북대병원 지부장 등이 참석한 가운데 임금 및 단체협약을 체결했다.
이번 합의는 지난달 24일 새벽까지 이어진 밤샘 교섭 끝에 파업과 같은 극단적 선택을 하지 않고 상호 신뢰와 협력을 바탕으로 원만한 결론을 도출했다.
