문성후 변호사는 리더십 코칭기업 ㈜원코칭 대표이자 미국 뉴욕주 법무법인 원의 외국변호사로 활동하고 있으며, ‘문코치의 킥’ 칼럼을 연재하며 리더십 분야에서 활발한 활동을 이어가고 있다.
이번 특강에서는 리더십 모델과 리더의 5가지 역할을 중심으로 리더가 갖추어야 할 올바른 태도와 갈등·변화 상황에서의 실천적 역할을 제시할 예정이다.
손병복 군수는 “리더 한 사람의 태도와 역할이 조직과 공동체의 분위기와 방향을 좌우한다”며 “이번 특강이 울진군의 리더십 역량을 강화하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편, 제32회 목요특강은 오는 9월 25일 오후 5시 같은 장소에서 열리며, 이동환 원장이 ‘교육하는 의사!’라는 주제로 초청돼 ‘건강한 삶을 위한 심신에너지 관리법’을 강연할 예정이다.

Uljin County (Governor Son Byung-bok) will host the 31st Thursday Special Lecture on “The Attitude and Role of a Leader in an Organization” at the Uljin County Office conference room on August 28th. Attorney Moon Seong-hoo will be the CEO of leadership coaching firm One Coaching and a foreign attorney at the Won Law Firm in New York, USA.
