[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 대표 글로벌 창업 행사인 ‘바운스 2025(BOUNCE 2025)’가 오는 9월 22일부터 23일까지 벡스코 제1전시장에서 개최된다.
올해 9회째를 맞는 바운스 2025는 ‘아시아 창업 엑스포 플라이 아시아 2025(FLY ASIA 2025)’와 공동으로 열리며, 부산 창업 생태계의 국제적 홍보 및 확장 효과가 기대된다. 행사는 부산시와 중소벤처기업부가 주최하고 부산창조경제혁신센터가 주관한다.
올해 행사는 ‘지역 전략산업과의 연계’를 핵심 주제로, ‘스마트해양’ 산업을 집중 조명하며, 국내외 스타트업과 대·중견기업, 투자자, 창업지원 기관 등이 참여하는 실질적인 연결의 장으로 운영될 예정이다.
다양한 창업지원 프로그램 구성
행사 기간 동안 ▲학술회의(콘퍼런스) ▲기업투자설명회(IR·피칭) ▲1:1 밋업(간담회) ▲오픈 이노베이션(개방형 혁신) 부스 ▲네트워킹 프로그램 등 다채로운 창업 지원 프로그램이 진행된다.
특히, 올해 새롭게 도입되는 ‘스마트해양 특화부스’에서는 국립한국해양대학교, 부산항만공사, 중소조선연구원 등 해양 관련 기관들이 참여해 해양 R&D, 기술이전, 창업지원 정책 등을 소개하는 상시 설명회가 운영된다.
실질적 교류 중심의 콘퍼런스와 밋업
학술회의(콘퍼런스)에서는 ▲스마트해양 ▲투자 ▲개방형 혁신 ▲글로벌 진출 ▲대학창업 등 다양한 주제를 다루며, 국내외 창업 생태계 전문가들이 실사례 중심으로 발표 및 토론을 진행한다. 기존 발표 중심의 형식에서 벗어난 ‘언콘퍼런스’ 방식으로, 연사와 청중이 자유롭게 의견을 주고받는 소통형 프로그램이 될 예정이다.
또한, 네이버클라우드, 디알비, 롯데건설 등 20개 대·중견기업과 26개 투자사가 참여하는 1:1 밋업은 약 300건 이상의 개별 상담으로 운영되며, 사전 신청 없이도 참여 가능한 현장 네트워킹 시간도 별도로 마련됐다.
글로벌 진출 및 실질적 지원 확대
올해 행사는 글로벌 창업 허브도시 부산으로의 도약을 목표로 해외 창업 전문가들과의 실시간 상담을 지원하는 ‘글로벌 오피스 아워’도 마련된다. 일본, 베트남, 싱가포르 등 주요 도시 전문가들이 현장 멘토링을 통해 스타트업의 해외 진출을 지원한다.
이 외에도 ▲지역 스타트업 협업 행사 ▲초기창업패키지 기업을 위한 팝업 부스 ▲대학 사업 안내 부스 등 다양한 부대행사도 함께 진행된다.

The event is hosted by the Busan Metropolitan City and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and organized by the Busan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation
Focus on Regional Strategic Industries: Spotlight on Smart Ocean
This year’s theme focuses on "linking with regional strategic industries," with a special emphasis on the "Smart Ocean" sector. The event will serve as a practical networking platform connecting domestic and international startups, large and mid-sized companies, investors, and startup support organizations.
Diverse Startup Support Programs
During the event, various programs will be held, including: ▲Academic Conferences ▲Corporate IR & Pitching Sessions ▲1:1 Meetups ▲Open Innovation Booths ▲Networking Events
A new feature this year is the "Smart Ocean Specialized Booth," where institutions such as Korea Maritime & Ocean University, Busan Port Authority, and Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean Engineering will participate. They will host ongoing presentations on marine R&D, technology transfer, and startup support policies.
Interactive Conferences and Business Meetups
The academic conferences will explore topics such as: ▲Smart Ocean ▲Investment ▲Open Innovation ▲Global Expansion ▲University Startups
Unlike traditional lecture-based formats, these will be conducted in an “unconference” style, encouraging interactive discussion between speakers and attendees.
Over 20 large and mid-sized corporations including Naver Cloud, DRB, and Lotte Construction, along with 26 investment firms, will participate in 1:1 business meetups, with more than 300 individual consultations expected. Additionally, on-site networking opportunities will be available without prior registration.
Expanding Global Reach
Aiming to strengthen Busan’s position as a global startup hub, this year’s event will also introduce the "Global Office Hours" — real-time mentoring and consultations with startup experts from key cities such as Japan, Vietnam, and Singapore to support international expansion.
