본지(브레이크뉴스)의 칼럼니스트인 김정기 작가(미국 변호사)가 지난 2023년 11월 '대한민국과 세계 이야기'를 출간한 바 있다. 최근 이 책의 영문판이 출간됐다.
저자는 이 책에 대해 “현대 한국학에 대한 통찰을 기본으로 한국의 세계적 위상을 정치, 외교, 경제, 문화 등 다양한 측면에서 역사적·현대적 관점을 통해 종합적으로 조망하고 있다”면서 “21세기를 깊이 규정지을 미국과 중국의 미래 관계와 글로벌 패권을 둘러싼 지속적인 경쟁을 다루고 있다”고 소개했다.

Kim Jeong-gi, an American lawyer and columnist for this publication (Break News), published "Stories of Korea and the World" in November 2023. The English version of the book was recently released.
The author describes the book as follows: "Based on insights into modern Korean studies, it comprehensively examines Korea's global standing from various perspectives, including politics, diplomacy, economy, and culture, through historical and contemporary perspectives." He adds, "It addresses the future relationship between the United States and China, which will profoundly shape the 21st century, and the ongoing competition for global hegemony."
