안전한 학교, 김해교육지원청 '맞춤형 솔루션' 제시

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해교육지원청이 학교폭력 근절을 위한 '맞춤형 솔루션'을 제시하며 주목받고 있다. 

4일, 교육지원청 대회의실에서 열린 '2025. 학교폭력 전담조사관 및 학교폭력 업무담당교사 연수'에는 관계자 90여 명이 참석해 뜨거운 관심을 보였다.

이번 연수는 기존의 이론 중심 교육에서 벗어나 현장 실무에 초점을 맞췄다. 학교폭력 사례 중심의 실무 연수와 질의응답을 통해 참석자들은 실제 사건을 해결하는 데 필요한 노하우를 공유하고, 민원 응대와 학생 조사 기술을 익혔다. 특히 우수사례 공유와 맞춤형 질의응답은 참석자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

안경애 교육장은 "학교폭력으로부터 안전한 학교, 모두가 존중받는 교육 환경을 만들겠다"는 확고한 의지를 밝혔다. 

김해교육지원청은 앞으로도 학교폭력 전담조사관과 업무담당교사 등 현장 전문가들과의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 학교폭력 없는 안전한 교육 환경을 만들어나갈 방침이다.

The Gimhae Office of Education is attracting attention with its 'customized solution' to eradicate school violence.
