브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 에어서울이 9일부터 인천국제공항 제2여객터미널에서 국제선 운항을 시작했다.
에어서울의 보다 쾌적하고 효율적인 공항 환경에서 승객 편의를 높이기 위해 터미널 이전을 결정했다.
이에 따라 9월 9일 0시 이후 인천에 도착한 항공편부터 제2여객터미널을 이용해야 한다. 인천에서 출발하는 모든 국제선 항공편은 탑승 수속은 제2여객터미널 E1~E10 카운터에서 진행된다.
에어서울은 터미널 이전으로 인한 승객 혼선을 최소화하기 위해 지난 7월부터 공식 홈페이지 및 모바일 앱 공지, 예약 고객 대상 메시지 발송, 공항 시설물 활용 등 안내 활동을 강화했다.
에어서울 관계자는 “터미널 이전을 통해 보다 원활한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다”라며 “앞으로도 고객 여러분께서 안전하고 편안하게 여행하실 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”라고 전했다.
